The Cyprus Symphony Orchestra presents a glittering programme of irresistible Viennese charm, featuring beloved songs by Robert Stolz, radiant waltzes, sparkling polkas, stirring marches and galops by Johann Strauß I, Johann Strauß II, Eduard Strauß and Joseph Strauß.
The outstanding lyric artists, soprano Mariza Anastasiades and tenor Dario Di Vietri join the Orchestra under the baton of its Artistic Director, Myron Michailidis, to perform timeless melodies by Robert Stolz, including “Two Hearts in Three-Quarter Time” (Zwei Herzen im Dreivierteltakt), “The Trees Are Blooming Again in the Prater” (Im Prater blühn wieder die Bäume), “Vienna Is Truly Beautiful at Night” (Wien wird bei Nacht erst schön), and many more.
In the second part, the magic of Vienna comes to life with celebrated gems such as “The Blue Danube” waltz (An der schönen blauen Donau), and the fast polka «Without care» (Ohne Sorgen!).

Students, soldiers, pensioners, members of large families and families with three dependent children, upon presentation of the relevant supporting document.
Free Admission:
Unemployed persons, recipients of the Guaranteed Minimum Income (GMI) and persons with disabilities. Seating for persons with disabilities is limited.
Reservation of a free seat must be made by email to info@cyso.org.cy no later than two working days before the concert, and must be accompanied by the relevant supporting document.
